Volunteers

Volunteer opportunities across yoga, gardens, and wellness initiatives. Find a cause that fits your skills and passions.

Your time, your impact

Volunteers are the heartbeat of the Carl Ballot Foundation. We connect passionate people with meaningful roles across Yoga for Learners, Environmental Gardens, and Teacher Support. Whether you’re on campus, in a community centre, or online, there’s a place for your talents to shine and help us expand our reach.

From program delivery and event support to outreach and research, volunteers help us scale impact while gaining hands-on experience in wellness, education, and community work.

Roles are flexible, deserve recognition, and come with learning opportunities, mentorship, and opportunities to co-create with partners and participants.
